We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused *Customer Service Associates (CSA)* to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to handle customer interactions effectively. Eligibility Criteria
Graduates:Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Undergraduates:* Minimum 6 months of calling/customer service experience is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions.
* Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Record customer interactions and update relevant systems.
* Follow company policies and quality standards during customer interactions.
Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in rotational shifts.
* Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to work from the office location in Bhopal.
Preferred
* Immediate joiners.
* Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, BPO, or customer support roles.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
