Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Export Sea, Import Sea, Import Air, and Cross Trade shipment operations.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customers for smooth shipment execution.
- Handle booking requests, shipment planning, documentation, and cargo tracking.
- Respond promptly to agent and customer queries, ensuring timely updates and effective issue resolution.
- Monitor shipment milestones and proactively address operational challenges to minimize delays.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, overseas partners, and service providers through professional communication.
- Verify carrier invoices, prepare customer invoices, obtain approvals, and issue final GST tax invoices.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
