Job Description: Sr. Associate – Pre-Sales Specialist
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (US Shift)
About the Role
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by engaging with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and experience in handling outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with generated leads via calls and emails
- Understand customer requirements and assess their interest level
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria before passing them to the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
- Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and move them through the funnel
- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, qualified leads, and conversions
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in handling US clients or international voice processes is preferred
- Comfortable working in US night shift
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Good to Have
- Prior experience in B2B lead generation
Exposure to outbound calling and lead qualification processes
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
