About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right educational programs based on their career aspirations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counseling, and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to maximize conversions.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
- Maintain student records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as an Academic Counsellor, Admission Counsellor, Education Counsellor, or a similar role.
- Experience in the EdTech or Education industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹10,322.11 - ₹30,378.86 per month
