About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced & freshers Agricultural Advisor who can guide farmers in improving their farming techniques. You will provide on-call support to assess farming practices and recommend practical solutions to boost crop productivity and optimize resource use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on crop selection, planting techniques, irrigation, fertilizers, and pest management.
- Support farmers in planning sustainable and efficient farm management practices.
- Promote methods that save resources and protect the environment.
- Conduct field visits and prepare actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Hands-on experience in farming or agricultural consultancy
- Strong understanding of crops, soil health, and pest control
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and ability to work with diverse communities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Basic computer skills
- Must have fluency in Marathi Language
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
