Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales of subscription-based IT and digital services. This role is open to freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience who want to build a career in the IT industry. The position involves client engagement, solution pitching, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell IT and subscription services through calls and virtual meetings
- Identify and engage potential clients to understand business needs
- Present solutions, explain pricing, and conduct online demonstrations
- Manage follow-ups and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain lead and sales records using CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fresher to 3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of IT services or SaaS solutions (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and grow in an IT sales career
