Job Summary
MK Services is seeking an experienced and professional Corporate Manager to oversee
corporate operations, administration, manpower management, compliance, and business
support functions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth organisational
functioning, operational efficiency, and adherence to company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise overall corporate operations and administration.
Ensure effective manpower planning, deployment, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
Monitor compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and operational
procedures.
Prepare reports, MIS, and presentations for management review.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making.
Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
Preferred Profile
A mature professional with extensive experience in corporate operations, administration,
facilities, security, hospitality, or manpower management, capable of driving organizational
excellence and maintaining high professional standards.
