Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational manuals, guidelines, and institutional policies.

Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives for utility staff and stakeholders.

Support change management initiatives to facilitate adoption of new systems, technologies, and operational practices.

Review and recommend improvements in asset management, customer service, performance monitoring, and utility management practices.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance monitoring mechanisms to improve organizational efficiency.

Coordinate with project teams, government agencies, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of institutional reforms.

Prepare progress reports, capacity-building plans, training materials, and institutional assessment reports.

Support implementation of digital transformation and modernization initiatives within the utility, where applicable.
