Job Description

Job Purpose

To provide administrative, client coordination, marketing and social media support to senior leadership, ensuring that client commitments, internal action items, marketing activities and social media initiatives are executed efficiently and on time.

This is an individual contributor role with no team handling

Roles and Responsibilities

Executive & Secretarial Support

Manage calendars, schedules and appointments for leadership.

Keep track of open tasks and commitments assigned internally or to external stakeholders.

Follow up with clients, finance team, vendors and other stakeholders for pending matters.

Escalate delays and ensure closure of outstanding tasks.

Business Support

Draft professional emails, letters and client communications.

Create presentations, proposals, brochures and marketing material.

Maintain repository of proposals, presentations and marketing assets.

Support lead generation and outreach campaigns.

Coordinate distribution of newsletters, email campaigns and marketing communications.

Maintain contact databases and mailing lists.

Support in research, papers and other work

Support in client related work that needs to be done

Assist in tracking client deliverables and project milestones.

Social Media & Content Management

Coordinate recording of podcasts, videos, interviews and content sessions.

Coordinate and create videos from content using Adobe or Canva with voice over

Edit and prepare final social media videos using approved tools.

Create social media posts, captions and supporting creatives.

Publish content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

Respond to queries, comments and messages received through social media channels.

Engage with followers, groups and professional communities to increase reach.

Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

Maintain content calendar and ensure continuous content pipeline.

Create partnerships to establish the channels as credible channels

Requirements

Educational and Technical Skills

Bachelors or Masters in any area with knowledge of technology

Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Adobe products for pdf, movie, picture and social media management

Video making tools like Adobe Express, Premier Pro or Canva)

Social media publishing platforms knowledge

Ai tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude or similar platforms

Professional Skills

Appropriate written and verbal communication

Strong follow up and coordination abilities

Highly organised and detail oriented

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

High sense of ownership and accountability
