We are looking for a dynamic, people-oriented HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations and shape our team culture. In the fitness industry, our people are our brand. You will be responsible for recruiting top-tier talent (from certified trainers to front-desk rockstars), managing employee relations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-energy, motivating workplace culture.
Because clear communication and leadership are vital to this role, the ideal candidate must be completely fluent in English with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment cycle for all gym positions (Gym Trainers, Sales Executives, Front Desk Staff, and Cleaners). Source, interview, and onboard candidates who match our brand's energetic culture.
- Employee Relations & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff queries. Maintain open, fluent, and professional English communication across all levels of management and staff.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems for trainers and staff to ensure high standards of customer service and member retention.
- Compliance & Payroll: Oversee attendance tracking, shift scheduling, payroll processing, and ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and gym policies.
- Culture & Retention: Design engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and incentive programs to keep gym staff motivated and reduce turnover.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English with flawless verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the fitness, hospitality, retail, or wellness industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll management, and conflict resolution techniques.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, strong organizational skills, and a approachable, energetic personality that thrives in a fitness environment.

Schedule & Location
- Part-time position.
- On-site at our gym facility (may require occasional weekend coordination depending on gym events or hiring drives).
