Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company services and projects clearly to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain call records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
Requirements:
- Good command of spoken English is required.
- Hindi and Marathi communication skills will be an advantage.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic knowledge of google docs & sheets will be an added advantage.
