Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Idea Generation Champion (AVP):-
1. Conduting CFT meetings for Idea Techno-commercial feasibility Study with Stake holders (Designer+CDMM+MKTG+CC+MFG)
2. De-bottlenecking & advocacy for the idea feasibility with all stake holders
3. Idea Approval through e-VECP (Value engg. change Propsoal)- (with Design/commodity/SSU/MKTG/CC/Sales/QA /CDMM/SSU as applicable)
4. Business case Preparation for BIG Ticket CRE Projects-(Tooling cost & part cost consolidation with capex & revex requirement) including Proto build up.
5.Maintaining MIS and Digital Portal updation ( eVECP Portal, New idea- Share point portal)
6. BOM Cost analysis for generating new cost reduction ideas
7. Bench marking exercise for new cost reduction ideas
8. CRE workshop at supplier’s end & at dealerships
9. CRE Workshops at various plants & MRV
10. Feasible Idea hand over to Implementation Champion
11.Engagement with external consultants for idea generation
12.Sprading VE culture across organization and Suppliers through VAVE training modules.
13.Participation in VAVE conferences domestic and International
Job Requirements
Experience
6 to 8 Years
Minimum Qualification
BE, B-Tech
Skills
Good knowledge of Tractor Casting, Forging, Tractor Proprietary (e.g. Tyres, wheel rims etc.) , Electrical (e.g. Lamps & wiring harnesses) & Sheet metal parts (skin panels/bracketories) & processes.
Influncing CFT members for optimum performance
De-bottlenecking issues & escalate at right time at right level
Hands on with advance excel, SAP , TEAM CENTRE and Cordys
