Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving client queries, supporting production incidents, and working closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via calls, emails, or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues, client tickets, and application bugs.
- Analyze reported issues to identify root causes and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with development and internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Create and update knowledge base articles for common technical issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of support requests while meeting SLA commitments.
- Stay updated with product features, system enhancements, and technical documentation.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of .NET (C#), JavaScript, Web API, and jQuery.
- Good understanding of SQL, MS SQL Server, PL/SQL, and RDBMS.
- Experience in troubleshooting application and production support issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and client-handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Technical Support, Application Support, or Production Support.
