Key Responsibilities
The role involves welcoming and interacting with visitors, school groups, families, and children, ensuring they feel comfortable and engaged throughout their visit. The candidate will guide visitors through interactive exhibits, activities, and learning zones while explaining concepts in an interesting and easy-to-understand manner.
The position also includes conducting science demonstrations, hands-on experiments, workshops, and educational activities. Candidates should encourage curiosity by asking questions, involving visitors in activities, and creating an enjoyable learning environment. They will assist with school visits, educational events, and group activities while ensuring that all visitors have a safe, positive, and memorable experience.
The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining exhibits, activity areas, equipment, and learning materials. Supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the experience centre and working effectively with other team members will be an important part of the role.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate should be friendly, energetic, confident, and comfortable interacting with people of different age groups. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, especially when speaking with children and addressing groups.
Candidates should be curious, enthusiastic about learning, and comfortable explaining ideas to others. They should be confident speaking in front of groups and able to think quickly when faced with unexpected situations. Good problem-solving and teamwork skills are also important.
The role requires candidates to be active throughout the day, including standing, walking, demonstrating activities, and continuously engaging with visitors. A positive attitude, patience, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in creating enjoyable learning experiences are highly valued.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
