About the Role
We don't do boring, textbook marketing. At Brandent, we shape premium brand identities and launch digital strategies that cut through the noise. We are looking for a hungry, creatively driven Creative Marketing & Social Media Intern for a fast-paced, 3-month paid stint.
This isn't a "get coffee and file paperwork" internship. You will be on the ground, helping us execute raw digital content, obsessing over minimalist aesthetics, and learning how high-end brand DNA is actually built.
What You’ll Do Daily
- Social Media Marketing & Management: Take ownership of scheduling, publishing, and managing daily community engagement across client social media handles. Ensure everything goes live perfectly on time.
- Grid Strategy & Aesthetic Guardrails: Assist in building out cohesive content calendars and maintaining clean, premium visual standards across social grids, ensuring layouts, imagery, and typography are flawlessly spaced.
- Raw Content Creation: Help shoot and concept "unpolished," docu-series style video content for our D2C and lifestyle clients. You’ll learn how real storytelling outperforms massive budgets.
- Aesthetic Guardrails: Assist in maintaining clean, premium visual standards across social grids, ensuring layouts and typography are impeccably spaced.
- Trend Capturing: Spot emerging social media shifts, formats, and audio before they go mainstream, translating them into rapid-fire ideas for our clients.
- Studio & Shoot Support: Work closely with our production and design teams during live shoots at our Noida studio.
What We’re Looking For
- An Eye for Detail: You notice when typography spacing is off. You love clean, minimalist, high-end visual design.
- Social Native: You live on Instagram and Reels/Shorts. You understand what makes a video feel authentic and scroll-stopping rather than corporate and forced.
- Execution Mindset: You are a self-starter who would rather build a rough prototype or shoot a quick concept video than write a 10-page theoretical strategy.
- Logistics: Available to join immediately for a 3-month, full-time on-site role at our Noida office/studio.
