Job Title: Business Development Executive (U.S. Book keeping Services)

Shift: Night Shift (U.S. Time Zone)
Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to support our U.S. bookkeeping operations. The role includes outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to build trust with business owners.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to U.S. businesses promoting bookkeeping & accounting services

Qualify leads and understand client needs

Schedule appointments/demos for U.S. leadership team

Maintain CRM, call logs & lead database

Support email & LinkedIn outreach campaigns

Coordinate with U.S. team for onboarding & follow-ups
Excellent spoken & written English (neutral accent preferred)-
1-3 years of experience in inside sales/tele-sales/lead generation (BPO/finance preferred)

Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge (QuickBooks/Xero familiarity is an advantage)
