- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, cabins, reception area, pantry, and washrooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, customers, visitors, and management.
- Deliver and collect documents, letters, invoices, cheques, and other official papers from customers, suppliers, banks, and government offices.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and organizing office documents.
- Handle inward and outward courier, postal services, and parcel dispatches.
- Support office staff in day-to-day administrative and clerical activities.
- Maintain office stationery, pantry items, and other office supplies and report replenishment requirements.
- Assist in arranging meetings, conferences, and visitor seating arrangements.
- Help in maintaining records, files, and documents in an organized manner.
- Assist the Accounts, Sales, and Administration departments with routine office work as required.
- Visit banks for cheque deposits, cash deposits, statement collection, and other banking-related tasks.
- Coordinate with transporters and loading staff for document movement when required.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of office premises as per company instructions.
- Perform local market purchases and miscellaneous office-related tasks as assigned by management.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Management, Administrative Officer, or Department Heads from time to time.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
