Key Responsibilities Order Picking & Packing: Accurately select items from shelves based on pick tickets, scanning items with RF devices to update inventory. Quality Control: Check orders for accuracy (correct size, color, quantity) before packing. Material Handling: Use forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers to move goods. Inventory Management: Organize and restock inventory, ensuring shelves are properly stocked. Shipping Preparation: Wrap, label, and move completed orders to the loading dock. Safety & Compliance: Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
