We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with deep expertise in Field Service Management (FSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), CMDB, and enterprise integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for designing scalable and future-ready ServiceNow solutions, leading customer workshops, translating business requirements into technical architecture, and driving platform modernization initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and customers to ensure successful implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
What will your role look like?
- Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across FSM, ITSM, and CMDB modules.
- Lead discovery sessions and customer workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solution designs.
- Develop solution blueprints, architecture documents, and implementation roadmaps.
- Create intuitive user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder and Service Portal, including wireframes and mockups.
- Design and oversee integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and other integration platforms.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and architectural standards.
- Lead ServiceNow platform upgrades, instance health assessments, performance optimization, and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor development teams and provide guidance on solution design, governance, and implementation best practices.

We would like you to bring along
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow solution architecture.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSM, ITSM, and CMDB implementations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and best practices.
- Experience with UI Builder, Service Portal, and user experience design.
- Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Experience conducting customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and architectural discussions.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades, instance management, governance, and platform optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-have skills
- Experience with Dell Boomi or other enterprise integration platforms.
- Exposure to ServiceNow Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Automation Engine.
- Knowledge of CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), and CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist).
