Poultry Technical Manager bridges veterinary science and commercial sales. They optimize flock health, troubleshoot farm-level issues, and train commercial teams. They drive product adoption and business growth for animal health, nutrition, or vaccine companies.
- Technical Support & Diagnostics: Provide consultative support to key accounts, conduct farm visits, and design health or nutritional interventions.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Partner with commercial teams to position products (feed additives, vaccines, minerals) effectively.
- Field Trials: Design and oversee trials to validate product efficacy and build scientific credibility.
- Training & Development: Conduct technical training, seminars, and demonstrations for farmers, distributors, and internal sales staff
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: A Degree in Veterinary Science (BVSc) is highly valued, with a Master’s (MVSc) or Ph.D. in Poultry Science, Pathology, or Nutrition preferred.
- Experience: Typically 5 to 10+ years of experience in the animal health industry, including senior technical or consultative roles.
- Skills: Deep understanding of poultry physiology, gut health, immunology, and strong commercial acumen
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
