Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Pharmacy Incharge (Shop Manager) to manage the day-to-day operations of our retail pharmacy store. The candidate will be responsible for store management, team supervision, medicine inventory handling, customer service, and achieving sales targets while ensuring smooth pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete retail pharmacy operations efficiently
- Handle staff management, duty allocation, and team coordination
- Monitor medicine stock, expiry management, and inventory control
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting
- Maintain customer satisfaction through professional guidance and support
- Supervise availability of medicines and ensure timely stock replenishment
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy and company standards
- Maintain discipline, hygiene, and smooth workflow at the store
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 5–10 years in Retail Pharmacy / Medical Store Operations
- Qualification: D. Pharma / B. Pharma / Graduate with relevant retail pharmacy experience
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and customer dealing ability
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge preferred
