We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to work directly with the Director to support day-to-day business operations and execution.
Role includes:
- Coordinating with production, purchase, sales, accounts, dispatch, and vendors
- Following up on pending tasks and ensuring timely execution
- Tracking work progress and updating status reports
- Preparing basic reports, emails, and documentation
- Attending meetings and ensuring follow-ups are completed
- Highlighting delays/issues with suggested solutions
Requirements:
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Good Excel and email skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership
- 2+ years experience in coordination/operations/admin roles preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
