Job Description: Travel Sales Executive (Spanish Language - Night Shift)
We are seeking a results-oriented, bilingual Travel Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a personal travel consultant for our Spanish-speaking clientele, transforming dream vacations into reality. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process—from initial inquiry to final booking—while maintaining a high standard of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Consulting: Design, customize, and sell comprehensive international and domestic holiday packages to Spanish-speaking customers.
- Customer Engagement: Handle inbound inquiries via phone and email, identifying customer needs and providing expert travel recommendations in fluent Spanish and English.
- Booking Management: Seamlessly navigate booking platforms to reserve flights, hotels, and local tours.
- Negotiation: Convert leads into sales by effectively handling objections and offering competitive value propositions.
- CRM Maintenance: Accurately update customer profiles, preferences, and sales pipelines within the CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Ensure post-booking support to foster customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Language Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in Spanish (both verbal and written) is mandatory. Exceptional English communication skills are also required.
- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- For Experienced: Prior experience in International Travel Sales, GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre), or international BPO processes is a massive plus.
- For Freshers: Excellent communication skills in Spanish, a quick-learning mindset, and a passion for sales/travel are required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM software or travel booking engines is a plus (training will be provided for freshers).
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in a permanent night shift to align with international time zones.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Travel/Tourism or Spanish Language degrees are a plus).
