About the Role
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Lead Generation Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship-building activities.
This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Research
- Identify and research potential customers through online platforms, databases, LinkedIn, and other networking channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Outbound Outreach
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential customers.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
Lead Qualification
- Understand client requirements, business needs, budgets, and decision-making authority.
- Qualify leads before forwarding them to the sales team.
CRM Management
- Maintain and update lead details in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ensure accurate tracking of all interactions and follow-ups.
Lead Nurturing
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture relationships with early-stage leads.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign alignment.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation performance and pipeline status.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in:

Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
