Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in US IT Staffing to drive new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US staffing industry, experience in acquiring direct clients, and the ability to generate consistent business through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new clients for US IT Staffing services.
- Generate business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, implementation partners, and MSPs.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill open positions.
- Negotiate contracts, rate cards, terms, and service agreements with clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to promote staffing services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
- Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular business reports.
- Stay updated on US staffing market trends, client requirements, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development within the US IT Staffing industry.
- Proven experience in acquiring direct clients, implementation partners, or MSP accounts.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment and staffing lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and close business deals.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of direct clients, MSPs, or implementation partners is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.) and US hiring practices.
- Experience working in the US IT Staffing domain with a proven business development track record.
