- Inbound & Digital Lead Management: Reach out to prospects who have raised inquiries on Ather’s website, mobile app, or social media platforms.
- Product Consultation: Educate prospective buyers on EV technology, explaining key differentiators like TrueRange, battery warranty, thermal safety, OTA (Over-The-Air) software updates, and smart dashboard features.
- Funnel Progression: Actively move leads from "curious prospect" to "high-intent buyer" by addressing apprehensions regarding EV adoption (e.g., range anxiety, charging infrastructure).
2. Driving Experience & Test Rides
- The "Ather Experience" Pitch: Pitch the value of experiencing the vehicle firsthand. Your primary short-term target is driving footfall to Ather Space (flagship experience centers) or popup Ather Go stations for test rides.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with physical retail teams at the experience centers to seamlessly book, confirm, and schedule test ride slots for customers.
3. Overcoming Objections & Follow-Ups
- Persistence: Handle typical inside sales challenges like unanswered calls or busy schedules. Persistently follow up with high-value leads without compromising the brand's premium image.
- Objection Handling: Address complex consumer queries regarding total cost of ownership (TCO), battery degradation, government subsidies (like FAME/EMPS), and flexible financing/leasing schemes.
4. CRM & Data Management
- Data Integrity: Thoroughly log call disposition, customer feedback, and purchasing timelines into the Dealer Management System (DMS) / CRM platform (Salesforce).
- Feedback Loop: Analyze patterns in customer resistance or queries and share these insights with marketing and regional sales teams to help refine hyper-local demand generation strategies.
