Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (Fresher) to join our team. This is a target-based role where you will be responsible for connecting with potential students, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential leads through calls and follow-ups
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses/programs
- Convert leads into successful enrollments
- Maintain and update data in CRM systems
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Provide end-to-end support to students during the admission process
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with calling and target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred:
- Freshers are welcome
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
