Key Responsibilities
· Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Windows Server operating systems.
· Perform hardware installation, desktop/laptop assembly, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
· Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot software applications.
· Manage system maintenance, backups, updates, and security patches.
· Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and network connectivity issues.
· Provide virus, malware, endpoint security, and access management support.
· Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control.
· Provide first-level technical support and remote assistance to employees.
· Maintain IT assets, documentation, and inventory records.
· Support server, network, and IT infrastructure monitoring and maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and basic Windows Server administration.
· Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and the OSI Model.
· Experience with hardware installation, troubleshooting, and PC maintenance.
· Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, and remote support tools.
· Basic knowledge of network security, firewalls, backups, and endpoint protection.
· Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Good time management and task prioritization skills.
Education & Experience
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 0–1 year of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Networking, or System Administration.
· Fresher’s with relevant technical knowledge or certifications (A+, N+, CCNA, etc.) are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
