Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, report, and coordinate the activities of the service/PDI team with management, including technicians, painters, and support staff.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
- Oversee the workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all activities are met or exceed industry standards.
- Monitoring and inspection of completed work to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate estimates.
- Communicate repair progress and any changes in a clear and timely manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
- Hire, train, and develop body shop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role in automobile industry preferred.
Education: Degree/ diploma or equivalent; advanced training or certification in auto body repair/Warehousing preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
