Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute civil construction works including columns, beams, slabs, reinforcement, and shuttering.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and site workers for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and subcontractor billing.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements at the site.
- Ensure all construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor work quality and progress.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for technical clarifications and issue resolution.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and project documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones within budget and quality parameters.
- Monitor material consumption and control wastage at site.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Understanding of construction drawings, BBS, and quantity estimation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
- Preffered if worked for DLF Projects contract or sub contracts
Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
