Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Schedule: Day Shift | 6 Days Working
About the Role
Finowings Training Academy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and manage our Admission Counselling and Sales Team.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and the ability to motivate, guide, and monitor a team to achieve business objectives. The role requires active involvement in team management, performance tracking, sales coaching, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management & Leadership
- Lead, supervise, and manage the Admission Counsellors / Telesales Executives.
- Monitor daily team activities, productivity, and performance.
- Conduct daily briefings and team meetings.
- Motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Support the team in converting leads into admissions.
- Monitor lead allocation and follow-up activities.
- Assist team members in handling difficult prospects and objections.
- Ensure proper counselling of prospective students regarding stock market and financial market courses.
- Drive overall sales performance and revenue growth.
Training & Development
- Provide regular coaching and training to team members.
- Identify performance gaps and help improve sales skills.
- Train new employees on products, sales processes, and CRM usage.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Maintain team MIS and performance reports.
- Share regular updates with management regarding sales activities and team productivity.
- Monitor call quality and customer interactions.
Process Compliance
- Ensure proper CRM updates and lead management.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements & SkillsExperience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Admission Counselling, or Team Handling.
- Prior experience as a Team Leader, Sales Supervisor, or Senior Counsellor will be preferred.
Leadership Skills
- Strong team management and people-handling abilities.
- Ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Sales Skills
- Excellent sales and counselling skills.
- Strong understanding of lead conversion and customer handling.
- Ability to achieve and drive sales targets through team performance.
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle escalations and customer concerns professionally.
Technical Skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- CRM and lead management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Eligibility
- Graduation preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates).
- Strong leadership mindset with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
