Job Title &Responsibilities:- Bending Operator
· Machine Setup: Set up, program, and adjust CNC bending machines, including installing the correct tools and dies based on job specifications.
· Operation: Operate the bending machinery to form metal sheets or tubes to the required angles and dimensions.
· Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to understand bending requirements and final product specifications.
· Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards, perform necessary adjustments, and use quality inspection tools.
· Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, clean the machines, and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
· Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area, which includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
· Experience operating CNC bending or press brake machines.
· Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
· Knowledge of different metal types, thicknesses, and their bending characteristics.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of precision.
· Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques.
· Basic math and computer skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Minimum 10TH passed is required.
· Minimum 1 + years of Experience is required in bending , preferably in manufacturing Industry
Pay: ₹23,094.62 - ₹27,869.27 per month
