Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement hospital marketing and business development strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and healthcare partners.
- Promote hospital services and specialty programs to increase patient referrals and occupancy.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, health camps, CMEs, and community outreach activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback.
- Manage digital marketing, social media presence, and brand promotion initiatives.
- Lead and supervise the marketing team to achieve business targets.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and marketing performance analysis.
- Ensure effective utilization of the marketing budget.
Qualification
- MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in hospital marketing and business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
