Quick Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy, articulate, and creative Campus Engagement Executive to drive our outreach with colleges and universities across India. The role sits at the intersection of business development, marketing, and student engagement — you will be responsible for onboarding campuses, organising webinars and in-person events, running creative WhatsApp and digital promotions, and ensuring strong, consistent participation from student communities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying, interviewing, & on-boarding Campus Ambassadors from all over India. Managing the day-to-day activities of campus ambassadors.
- Managing recruitment, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Campus representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with various institutions and understanding their requirements.
- Content creation for a variety of media, including social, video, WhatsApp marketing and email marketing for the campus ambassador program.
- Reviewing campaigns’ performance reports, incorporating learnings into recommendations for future programs and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of prior experience in campus outreach, B2B sales, edtech, study-abroad consulting or student marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; degrees in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related fields are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills-confident speaking with college clubs and large student groups.
- Demonstrated ability to write creative, attention-grabbing copy and run end-to-end campaigns across WhatsApp broadcasts, email, social media, registration funnels and event-marketing initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with an existing network of college contacts, placement cells or student-club coordinators across Indian campuses - and the ability to open doors and influence decision-makers.
- Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline-able to manage multiple campuses and event timelines simultaneously.
- Should know how to use tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, CRM platforms (HubSpot/Zoho), Canva and registration platforms.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
