A Preschool Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children. The role involves supporting children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities and teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct daily lessons, activities, and play-based learning sessions.
Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, rhymes, and good habits.
Encourage children’s creativity, communication skills, and confidence.
Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment.
Observe and assess children’s progress and development.
Provide individual attention and support to children as needed.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and communicate children’s progress.
Manage classroom behavior and promote discipline in a caring manner.
Organize games, storytelling, art, music, and other interactive activities.
Ensure children’s health, hygiene, and safety during school hours.
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude toward children.
Ability to manage young children effectively.
Basic knowledge of child development and teaching methods.
Experience:
Freshers or experienced candidates with a passion for early childhood education may apply.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
