Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, or visual communication.
- Experience in healthcare organizations is preferred.
To independently manage the organization's graphic design and digital media requirements by creating high-quality visual content, maintaining brand consistency, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting marketing, educational, and corporate communication initiatives across print and digital platforms
Graphic Design & Branding
- Design creative materials for print and digital platforms including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, newsletters, social media creatives, emailers, and advertisements.
- Develop branding materials and maintain brand identity guidelines across all communication channels.
- Create visual assets such as logos, icons, illustrations, infographics, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure consistency in design quality, typography, color schemes, and visual communication.
Digital Media Management
- Design creatives for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and email marketing.
- Support the design requirements for CME programs, conferences, workshops, webinars, and corporate events.
- Edit images, videos, animations, and multimedia content using appropriate software.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, AI design tools, and digital media technologies.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with department heads, doctors, marketing teams, and external service providers to understand design requirements.
- Coordinate with content owners to gather information and ensure timely completion of creative projects.
- Manage revisions and incorporate feedback while meeting project deadlines.
- Maintain an organized repository of design files, templates, and marketing assets.
Website & Content Support
- Assist in updating website graphics, banners, and digital content.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for website and digital content updates.
- Ensure all published content aligns with organizational branding standards.
Project Management
- Prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Track ongoing creative requests and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects.
Quality & Compliance
- Review all creative materials for accuracy, branding consistency, and compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and creative assets
