About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns. This role focuses on driving measurable growth through data-driven strategies across multiple paid platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of performance metrics, and the ability to scale campaigns efficiently.
Role Requirements
- Batchelor/ master's degree with proven experience (3–5 years) managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns. Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Excellent understanding of attribution, bidding strategies, funnels, and conversion optimization. Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and A/B testing platforms. Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Management 1. Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels. 2. Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure optimal campaign performance. 3. Monitor campaign delivery and adjust strategies to maintain ROI targets. Performance Optimization 1. Analyze campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities in CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. 2. Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies. 3. Continuously refine audience segmentation and full funnel targeting strategies. Tracking & Analytics 1. Set up and maintain tracking using Google Tag Manager, pixels, events, and UTM parameters. 2. Monitor campaign data through Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and ad platform dashboards. 3. Ensure accurate attribution, data integrity, and tracking consistency across platforms. Reporting & Insights 1. Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports. 2. Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations based on data. 3. Present performance findings to marketing leadership and relevant teams. ` Cross-Functional Collaboration 1. Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets. 2. Coordinate with product, web, and design teams to enhance landing pages and improve conversions. 3. Support overall marketing and business growth with data-backed suggestions.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
