Job Title: HEIM Sales Promoter
Location: Lulu Connect, Kochi
About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Promoters to join our team at HEIM. As a Sales Promoter, you’ll represent HEIM at our authorized dealer outlets, engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and creating a positive shopping experience to drive brand growth. Ideal candidates will be personable, proactive, and passionate about customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Actively attract and engage customers at the store, creating interest in HEIM products and answering any questions they may have.
- Product Expertise: Share detailed product information and demonstrate features to customers, showcasing HEIM’s unique selling points.
Brand Representation: Represent HEIM in-store and at industry events, building strong customer relationships and supporting brand reputation.
Team Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings, company events, and team-building activities to stay aligned with HEIM’s values and goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates residing in or near Kochi.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not a must .
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
