Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management
- Handle leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, references, and walk-ins
- Understand customer requirements related to budget, location, and property preferences
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
2. Client Advisory & Consultation
- Provide professional guidance on residential projects and investment opportunities
- Explain project specifications, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits
- Build trust and maintain a consultative sales approach
3. Site Visits & Property Presentations
- Schedule and conduct project site visits for clients
- Present project highlights, amenities, and location advantages
- Assist customers in evaluating suitable investment options
4. Sales Closure
- Negotiate effectively with clients and developers
- Support clients through booking formalities and documentation processes
- Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities
5. Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities
- Provide post-sales assistance and customer support
6. Market Research & Reporting
- Stay updated on current real estate trends, pricing, and new launches
- Analyze customer preferences and market demand
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and follow-up records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing

Educational Qualification
- MBA / Graduate in any discipline
