Job Description
The CRE is responsible for building industry relationships, identifying hiring opportunities, collecting vacancies, and coordinating recruitment activities between companies and the institution. The role includes lead generation, data management, event participation, and supporting placement operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Data Management
○ Prepare and update company/industry data.
○ Research and generate leads for hiring opportunities.
2. Vacancy Collection & Coordination
○ Collect vacancy details from companies through calls, visits, and emails.
○ Share vacancies with the Placement Cell and follow up on hiring status.
3. Industry Relationship Building
○ Build and maintain strong connections with HRs and companies.
○ Develop long-term partnerships for continuous hiring.
4. Industry Requirements & Trends
○ Collect industry needs, skill trends, and market updates.
○ Share insights with the Placement Cell.
5. Event Participation
○ Attend job fairs, HR meets, and industry events.
○ Support on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives.
6. Candidate Coordination
○ Collect and submit student resumes as required.
○ Coordinate interview schedules and maintain records.
7. MoU & Documentation Support
○ Assist with MoU/LOI signing and maintain necessary documents.
8. Job Fair Planning & Execution
○ Plan, coordinate, and conduct job fairs or recruitment drives in collaboration with
companies.
9. Feedback & Reporting
○ Collect feedback from companies and prepare MIS reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
