We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sourcing Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales/sourcing, channel partner management, lead generation, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) and brokers
- Generate and manage quality leads through sourcing activities
- Coordinate client interactions, site visits, and follow-ups
- Support sales conversions and achieve sourcing targets
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Sourcing or Business Development
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of the local real estate market
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
