Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Order Handling
- Collect purchase orders from customers
- Verify machine specifications, quantity, and delivery terms
- Enter order details in the system accurately
- Coordination with China Team
- Share complete order details with the China office by mail or WhatsApp
- Update the China team on any changes (specification, quantity, payment terms, etc.)
- Follow up for production status, delivery dates, and shipment schedules
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and order status reports
- Maintain order files and tracking sheets
- Handle customers' inquiries, follow-ups, and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer data, sales orders, and communication logs.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and other necessary documents.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to sales coordination
