Key Responsibilities: ✔ End-to-end recruitment
✔ Domestic & International hiring
✔Sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals & networks
✔ Screening, coordination & closures
✔ Bulk hiring & specialized hiring support
✔Strong follow-up and stakeholder management
Candidate Requirements: ✔ 1+ years of recruitment experience
✔ Good communication & sourcing skills
✔ Experience in BPO / Tech / AI hiring preferred
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
✔ Target-driven and execution-focused mindset
