About Us
Dawning Era Consultants is a growing architecture and design firm specializing in architectural design, planning, 3D visualization, interiors, and institutional, commercial, and residential projects. We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect & Team Leader to lead our design team and deliver high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Supervise and mentor architects, designers, and drafting teams.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, presentations, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining the highest design standards.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Manage project planning, quality control, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop
- Experience in institutional, commercial, residential, and interior projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
