We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our team and manage administration, front office operations, and the school's branding and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- MCA, Btech, MBA (Marketing/Administration) or Master's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong administrative and front office management skills
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, photography, videography, and content creation
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office and administrative functions
- Coordinate school branding and marketing initiatives
- Handle social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
- Create engaging content, including photographs, videos, and promotional materials
- Support admissions and parent communication activities
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and stakeholders
