Job Summary
We are urgently hiring three (3) qualified Electricians to handle day-to-day electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across our residential and commercial real estate properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, wiring, lighting, and fixtures.
- Maintain property electrical systems, including main switchboards, transformers, and DG sets.
- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests from tenants and property management.
- Ensure all work meets safety regulations and building codes.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in building/facility maintenance or real estate.
- Qualification: ITI in Electrical trade or a valid Wireman/Electrician License.
- Skills: Proficient with electrical testing tools, blueprints, and phase wiring.
- Shift: Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle emergency on-call requests.
