ICU Nurse

A reputed Super Speciality Hospital in Vadodara is seeking skilled and compassionate ICU Nurses to join its Critical Care team. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing critically ill patients and working in a fast-paced intensive care environment while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, clinical condition, and response to treatment.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by consultants.
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, and other ICU devices.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, resident doctors, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
Eligibility Criteria:
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 1–5 years of ICU or Critical Care Nursing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ventilator management, critical care protocols, and emergency response procedures.
- ACLS and BLS certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
Salary:
₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
