Qualification B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering / M. Tech
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of multiple civil construction projects.
- Develop project execution strategies, construction methodologies, schedules, and resource plans.
- Monitor project performance against approved budgets, timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Drive cost optimization, productivity improvement, resource utilization, and project profitability.
- Review and approve project budgets, estimates, execution plans, and resource requirements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, statutory requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Lead negotiations and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Review and resolve major technical, contractual, commercial, and operational issues.
- Monitor project risks and ensure timely implementation of mitigation and corrective actions.
- Oversee contract administration, variations, claims, extensions of time, and commercial matters.
- Develop and mentor Project Managers, Civil Engineers, and site leadership teams.
- Review project MIS, dashboards, KPIs, financial performance, and overall business performance.
- Support business development, tendering, estimation, and project acquisition activities from a civil execution perspective.
- Identify opportunities for improving project delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure effective coordination between Civil, MEP, Projects, Procurement, Finance, HR, and other functions.
- Drive organizational standards, systems, processes, and best practices across all civil projects.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, profitability, and strategic initiatives. Review and approve construction methodologies, schedules, and resource plans. Extensive knowledge of civil engineering, construction methodologies, standards, and industry best practices
- Strong expertise in planning, execution, and management of large-scale civil construction projects
- Expertise in structural works, finishing, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and turnkey projects
- Strong budgeting, cost control, estimation, contracts, claims, and commercial management
skills
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and people management capabilities
- Strong knowledge of quality, safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements
- Strategic planning, risk management, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent client, consultant, contractor, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong MIS, project monitoring, and performance management skills

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
