Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth for our IT services, including web development, digital marketing, and Zoho solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, understanding client needs, and offering customized solutions to help businesses grow online.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Promote IT services including:
- Web Development (website design, e-commerce, custom web apps)
- Digital Marketing (SEO, social media marketing, PPC, content marketing)
- Zoho Solutions (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, automation tools)
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for project execution.
- Maintain records of sales activities using CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM).
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of:
- Website development technologies
- Digital marketing concepts (SEO, ads, social media)
- Zoho products and business automation tools
- Ability to explain technical services in simple terms to clients.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (especially Zoho CRM) is a plus.
Experience
- 6months –2years of experience in IT sales, web development sales, or digital marketing services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
