Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups
- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Support sales and marketing activities
- Team handling and reporting (for Team Leader role)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Gender: Females only
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Honest, punctual, and disciplined
- Curious, hardworking, and interested in future promotion & career growth
